How do I know it is safe to make my reservation?
It can be a little suspicious to make reservations online, so we have the option to pay when starting the tour and you can contact us at any time, plus you can review our destinations on the get your guide page. Reservations can also be made through that website, although without the promotional prices that we offer on this website.
How far in advance can I make my reservation?
At least 48 hours in advance (2 days), to ensure a place at the selected destination.
Why are the prices so affordable?
It is because we are direct operators of the services, when it is through travel agencies, they hire a third party (operators) to perform the services, so the cost increases.
When do I have to pay for the tour if my payment is on the spot?
When starting the tour, the guide will request payment for the tour along with your service order, which will be sent to your email with the reservation confirmation and the amount to pay.
If you made the reservation for the 2-day or package tours, you must pay the entire amount on the first day of the tour, to ensure your place and the promotional package price valid.
Is immediate payment in cash or by credit/debit card?
Payment at the moment can be in cash or with a credit/debit card, you are only asked to inform the type of payment at the time of booking to have a terminal. (PAYMENT BY CARD WILL INCREASE 6% COMMISSION)
Is the cash payment in US Dollars or National Currency (MXN)?
Payment can be with either of the two denominations. Payment must be in the exact amount.

What type of vehicle is used to do the tours?
We have van type transportation. (Nissan Urvan - Toyota Hiace)
How many people are on the tour?
The capacity of our transport is a maximum of 13 passengers.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Because payment is made at the moment, there is no penalty or problem, we only request that you notify your cancellation to take it into account and not make the pickup on the day of the reservation.
What is the price of tours for children under 3 years old?
The cost for children from 0 (zero) to 2 (two) years old is free.
